Service provider

wordmi.com is operated by the following individual. There is no registered company, commercial register entry or trading name.

The site is offered in 29 languages including German, which makes it a service deliberately addressing the German market and brings it within §5 DDG. The address above must therefore be a ladungsfähige Anschrift — an address at which court papers can be served; a PO box does not satisfy that duty. The same obligation follows from Art. 5 of the e-Commerce Directive for the other EU/EEA languages offered here.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently shut down on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so no link to it is provided.

The content of this site was prepared with care, but no liability is assumed for its accuracy, completeness or currency. Under §7(1) DDG we are responsible for our own content under general law. Under §§8–10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Once we become aware of a specific infringement we remove the content without delay.

Where this site links to external pages, the respective providers are responsible for their content. No unlawful content was apparent at the time of linking; permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable absent concrete evidence of an infringement.
