This page identifies who operates the site. Germany's Digital Services Act (DDG) §5 makes it mandatory, and we publish the same information in every language.

Service provider

wordmi.com is operated by the following individual. There is no registered company, commercial register entry or trading name.

The address given here is an address at which legal documents can be served (*ladungsfähige Anschrift*), as §5 DDG requires. A PO box would not satisfy that obligation.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently shut down on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so no link to it is provided.

The content of this site was prepared with care, but no liability is assumed for its accuracy, completeness or currency. Under §7(1) DDG we are responsible for our own content under general law. Under §§8–10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Once we become aware of a specific infringement we remove the content without delay.

Where this site links to external pages, the respective providers are responsible for their content. No unlawful content was apparent at the time of linking; permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable absent concrete evidence of an infringement.
